The program is based on the philosophy that a person needs to be ‘broken-up' before he could be ‘rebuilt'. This is even more relevant today because most people are very conditioned by ‘old teachings' and ‘concepts' which may not put them in good stead in view of the challenges of the new world. The program will be a classic case of ‘unlearning' and relearning which will result in a NEW MAN.

The participants will be taken through an electrifying ‘journey' filled with sadness, laughter and realization after realization. The journey would take them to their inner self and make them realize where their strengths and weaknesses are. They will be ‘pushed' to a stage to see the ‘man in the mirror' hence facing up to realities.

From there, they will be led to understand what true success & achievement really means. They will know how goals are achieved and be able to realize the true value of time. They will be made to understand what ‘resistances' in life are and what makes a person great. They will be exposed to qualities of success and the causes of failure. They will understand the real meaning of commitment and will be put into an “Apollo Mission” where they experience first hand what it is like to ‘sell' on the streets. They will then be introduced to the “average man” and be asked whether they like what they see.

They will then be exposed to the true nature of ‘failure' and rejection. They will no longer be fearful of it but instead treat it as a great teacher. They will view problems as challenges and stumbling blocks become stepping stones. They will realize that it is the attitude not the aptitude which finally determines how high a person can climb in society.

They will then be led the original qualities which they were born with. They will realize the greatness of all the assets that they were endowed with since birth. In short we will wake up the “genie” which is in them. They will then learn the right type of beliefs and choose the type of person they want to become. They will begin to understand what a human life is all about viz-a-viz animal and plant. They will come to understand their greatest asset of all – their brain and the mind and how they can get it to work for him instead of against him. They will be introduced to people who have been there, done it ! They will be aware of the dangers this delicate ‘mind' of theirs which is both very smart and yet very stupid. They will learn to tap into the law of cause and effect to enrich themselves.

On the final day, they will realize the importance of money as a means. They will understand that it is within their power to change their financial status. They will realize that human relationship is vital if one wants to be really rich because ultimately money comes from people. They will know the various ways money is made. They will be made to realize where true ‘security' really is ? They will be given tips on how to manage their money. They will then be exposed to the organizations ‘challenging' remuneration scheme (whatever it is) and be shown how they can get the rewards. This would be positioned as their great opportunity. Finally we will let them have a glimpse of the future and what other opportunities await them.
