Experience A New World - Dare To Think !

What do we mean by a new world? We are now going into a new era but is it going to be a new world for us? Unfortunately for a lot of people in this world - they may "physically" enter a New Millennium, but their "world" is still the same old one.

If one were to "think", "feel" and 'act' the same - we will always be in the "old world". We must dare to wake up to the fact that somehow or rather something is wrong with the "old thinking" otherwise why is that there are a lot poverty, killings, racism destroying of monuments and wars still going on in this 21st century? Why not try a new way of thinking but you must dare to do it.

2500 years ago a Wiseman said this: -

"Do not believe what you have heard.
Do not believe in tradition because
it is handed down through many generations.
Do not believe because the written
statements come from some old sage.
Do not believe in conjecture.
Do not believe in authority or teachers or elders.
But after careful observation and analysis,
when it agress with reason and it
will benefit one and all, then accept
it and live by it"

What a profound saying. It is the way to a new form of thinking, an original thinking and a truly new world.

I remembered for many years my mum used to pester me to get married. And I asked her, "Why must a person get married? And she answered, "Tradition said so". So I asked her "Who set the tradition?" She said "The olden people".

In the Middle East, we see thousands of people being killed over a piece of wall which they considered sacred. Each side wants to claim it for their own. Often times I've thought about how they are going to solve this problem. And people even predicted that the "end of the world" will spark off from the Middle East.

How about this for a solution:-

Why not make that piece of wall the property of all the people in the world - something like the Vatican City or a world territory like our Federal Territory.

Dear friend, to experience a new world, we need to drop the shackles of our old thinking
- UNLEARN THEM! & DARE TO THINK!

Try it - Your whole world will change.

Anyway, please do not believe what I say - experience it yourself.
